Love the whole series

These books make me wish I could be a part of their world. Not only because flying helicopters was always a dream of mine back in my Army days, but because the people are so likable and the stories are so incredible. Please, read the series. If you like a lot of action with your romance, it's the series for you.

Another good one.

Peter is one of my favorite characters in The Night Stalkers series. He's so smart, and in my mind, very attractive. He's funny, vulnerable, self-effacing and just a really good guy. Mr. Buchman knows how to make you want to actually know his characters. The story is really good and we still get to keep tabs on the characters in previous books. If you're looking for a good love story without many erotic details but still lets you peek into some of those intimate moments, get this book. Read the other ones first though. Wonder what it would be like to have a president like that (sigh).

I would have given this book 5 stars but it seemed more like a novella to me. I think it could have been a little longer. Also, there were some editing problems. Not many, but enough to distract me a little.

Case studies explore what to do when interview subjects and memoirists consciously, sub-consciously or unconsciously "forget" aspects of their own past, or themselves seek to take control of the research process.

Pyongyang showcases a series of site-by-site descriptions of one of the most inaccessible capitals in the world. Well researched commentary provides truthful insights behind official history and propaganda, ranging from the Korean War down to the present day. informative introduction to North Korea through its capital

This is a remarkably well-written book works on both the level of a pictorial city guide and as political geography. The North Korean capital of Pyongyang was effectively flattened during the Korean War (1950-53) and its rebuilding reflected a series of political choices from what sorts of activities to locate in the capital to what kind of architectural design, materials, and construction techniques to employ. Springer mines this intersection of cityscape and political history beautifully, and it is hard to imagine anyone who would not learn something new from reading this book.

Pretty good book

I like this book, it came in excellent shape and within a week. It was more of a tourist picture book; it didn't actually have much information about life in Pyongyang, just pictures and explanations. But overall it was a pretty good book.
